Can a web app have limits? We don't think so!

We have developed a web application comprising various modules that facilitate and modernise your employees' daily tasks. It allows you to create and manage training, and actions aimed at different types of employees, upload and manage documents, and create and manage work authorisations.

Maximizing productivity

We have developed a web app that is completely tailored to our client's needs. This platform combines different modules, functionalities and tools to streamline processes and concentrate information.

It is a highly customised project, made up of different modules and executed entirely to our client's needs.

Different users with different levels of access

The type of access to this web app is directly related to the type of user. It's possible to create and manage users with personalised access, including the creation of external users.

This web app has been developed so that different access permissions can be created and managed, as well as the users associated with each module.

Training Module

Two types of users have access to this module: those who wish to create training courses and those who carry out the training courses. The person carrying out the training can be an internal or external user of the organisation. The various functionalities include:

  • Create and manage training courses;
  • Creating assessments;
  • Carrying out tests;
  • Demonstrate the progress of each training course;
  • Add lessons and resources to each course;
  • Manage the results with the pass or fail of the trainees;
  • Consult a specific training dashboard with various indicators from the competencies matrix.

Actions Module

One of the needs identified for this project was to develop a module for creating and managing actions. Each action represents a task, or a set of tasks, which is assigned by one user to another.

You can describe the action to be taken in detail, as well as set dates for it to be carried out.

Document Module

Imagine no longer having to use Google Drive, Dropbox or Wetransfer at work. We have developed a module that allows you to upload documents and folders, associate information and access permissions to documents, and add specific functionalities such as document approval.

Notifications

Given the large number of modules, but above all the constant interaction between users, it was essential to design and develop a notification module that allows you to view, mark as read and delete notifications sent by all the modules, among other features!

Good ideas come from good conversations!
