It became urgent to adapt the content strategy to the moment we were experiencing and the consumers' real needs. Barred from receiving their customers at the restaurant, and with most people retained at home most of the time, communication was focused on take-away & delivery services that allow their Francesinhas to arrive at the customers' home.
