Framework Lab's answer came with the launch of the Sustainability Leaders programme, promoted by the Braga Business Association (AEB CCI) and NERLEI CCI.

To create a strong visual identity, we developed a logo that evokes the values of guidance, environmental responsibility, and growth — using the asterisk as a distinguishing element and a symbol of excellence. Transferring this identity to social media, graphic materials, and presentations ensured a consistent and professional presence across all touchpoints.

Through this integrated approach, Sustainability Leaders has been positioned as a credible, appealing and modern brand — capable of capturing the attention of SMEs and motivating them to embrace the ESG transition. Now, with this solid foundation, the programme is ready to leverage and grow further, every day.

One strategy: three pillars

Based on the concept ‘Let's Lead the Future’, Framework Lab developed a strategic approach centred on three pillars:

Captivating identity – we opted for a clean design, with colours that convey sustainability, dynamism and growth, and visual icons – the asterisk*, synonymous with exception and differentiation. 

Strategic editorial calendar – we organised content with dynamic publications, interviews and teasers in video and carousel formats to boost organic sharing on social media. 

Human storytelling – institutional videos and testimonials with real stories from ambassadors who are already implementing ESG practices in their operations. The idea was to bring empathy, inspiration and closeness, raising awareness of the sustainable transition with an emotional narrative.

The idea was simple: a visual brand that conveyed leadership and closeness, supported by real narratives and strategically distributed content to generate direct impact and a sense of belonging.
